By developing our expertise in health navigation, we aim to help you access healthcare services more easily, reduce treatment costs, and simplify medical jargon. Services include, but are not limited to: Helping patients and families navigate mainstream healthcare services and access appropriate healthcare services Advocating for users and their families to obtain access to healthcare (consent obtained to communicate with service providers on their behalf) Find appropriate doctors, specialists or clinics Scheduling and coordinating medical appointments Referrals to community and support services
